Xianyang Vocational and Technical College is a full-time public higher vocational and technical college approved by the People's Government of Shaanxi Province and registered with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. The college was established in September 2004 and was listed in September 2005, directly under the leadership of the Xianyang Municipal People's Government. Mainly cultivate high-level skilled, applied, and service-oriented talents in production, construction, management, and service frontlines, and carry out various vocational training and continuing education.

Xi'an Science and Technology Business Vocational College is a "management oriented, liberal arts and science compatible" higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Shaanxi Province, registered by the Ministry of Education of China, and qualified to independently issue national higher education diplomas. Over the years, our college has seized the entry point of regional economic development and naturally formed three major professional course groups: economic management, rail transit management, and electronic technology. Adhering to the educational philosophy of "putting people first and establishing a school with quality", adhering to the service as the purpose and employment as the guidance, implementing higher vocational education, and providing high-quality and skilled specialized talents with comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, and aesthetics for production, construction, management, and service frontline needs.

Xi'an Aviation Technology College was founded in 1956, formerly known as Xi'an Aviation Industry School. In 1985, with the approval of the former National Education Commission, it was upgraded to a vocational college and is a regular higher education institution with higher education qualifications approved by the Ministry of Education. The school is responsible for cultivating advanced applied technical talents for the aviation industry and local economic construction. The school adheres to the purpose of serving the industry and society, and adheres to employment orientation. Graduates are highly welcomed by aviation enterprises, institutions, and social employers, and the one-time employment rate of graduates has always been above 90% for a long time.

Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College of Finance and Economics was founded in April 1960. Its predecessor was Shaanxi Finance School, which was renamed as Shaanxi Statistical Finance School, Shaanxi Financial Accounting School, Shaanxi Statistical Finance School, Shaanxi Finance School, etc. It was moved from Xi'an to Xianyang in 1986. Since 1997, we have jointly established vocational colleges with Shaanxi University of Economics and Trade and Northwest University. In September 2001, with the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and filing with the Ministry of Education, the school was independently restructured into a higher vocational and technical college, administratively under the leadership of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Finance, and professionally guided by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education. Since its establishment, the school has trained over 20000 highly skilled financial and economic professionals for local economic construction and social development in Shaanxi.

Xi'an Technician College was founded in 1954, and Xi'an Xidian Electromechanical College was founded in 1957. The two colleges are jointly affiliated with China Xidian Group, a central enterprise managed by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It is a senior vocational and technical college aimed at cultivating senior and preparatory technicians at the college level, and can independently issue nationally recognized college diplomas. The college was named as a national key technical school by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in 1997, and was upgraded to a senior technical school in 2001.

Henan Jiaotong Vocational and Technical College is the only national public full-time vocational college in Henan Province approved by the Henan Provincial Government and registered by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Henan Jiaotong School, a national key secondary vocational school founded in 1953, under the jurisdiction of the Henan Provincial Department of Transportation. It has a history of over 50 years and has accumulated rich teaching experience and cultural heritage. Key majors such as automotive application technology have been designated as a national level talent training base for scarce professionals by seven national departments. At present, there are 7608 full-time vocational college students and over 2700 adult education students, including undergraduate, and graduate students.

Henan Vocational and Technical College of Architecture was founded in 1958, formerly known as Henan Construction Workers' University. In 1982, with the approval of the People's Government of Henan Province and the record of the former National Education Commission, it became an independent full-time public adult vocational college. In 1998, it was jointly established with Henan Provincial School of Architecture and Engineering for education. In 2002, with the approval of the Provincial Department of Education, regular higher vocational education was established. In March 2008, with the approval of the People's Government of Henan Province and filing with the Ministry of Education, it was restructured as Henan Vocational and Technical College of Architecture. It is the only architectural institution among the independent ordinary higher vocational and technical colleges in our province, and is currently under the jurisdiction of the Henan Provincial Department of Construction. Since its establishment, the college has always adhered to the socialist direction of education, fully implemented the Party's educational policy, and taken serving the economic and social development of Henan Province as its own responsibility. Based on the construction industry and facing the whole society, it has taken the path of combining industry and education, and has made efforts to explore ways to cultivate high skilled talents. It has formed its own characteristics of education, and its educational strength and level have continuously improved.

The predecessor of Henan Vocational and Technical College was Henan First Technical School, founded in 1954. It has gone through several stages of development, including Henan Labor College, Henan Industrial and Technical Normal College, Henan Vocational and Technical Normal College, and Henan Vocational and Technical Education College. In March 1999, it was restructured into a new type of higher vocational college with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The college has been successively designated as the Henan Province High Skilled Talent Training Base, the National Vocational Education CNC Technology Training Base, the National Automobile Application and Maintenance Professional Skilled Shortage Talent Training Base, the Haier Talent Training Base, and the first batch of national high skilled talent training demonstration bases.

Henan Agricultural Vocational College was established in 1952. In June 2001, it jointly established Henan Agricultural University Agricultural Vocational College with Henan Agricultural University. In May 2004, it was registered by the Ministry of Education and approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government as an independent higher vocational college.

Zhengzhou Information Technology Vocational College (Ministry Code 13565, Admission Code 6270) is a vocational college established in 2003 with the approval of the Henan Provincial Government. In order to fully utilize existing educational resources, with the consent of the provincial government, we have been cooperating with Henan Radio and Television University in running schools since 2006. We have arranged enrollment plans under the name of Zhengzhou Information Technology Vocational College and utilized Henan Radio and Television University's educational resources to cultivate students. At present, the college is located in the Longzihu University Park in Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou City, covering an area of 465 acres and a building area of 140000 square meters. It has over 4000 ordinary college students and currently has four departments and more than 20 majors, including the Department of Finance and Law, the Department of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, the Department of Computer Science and Technology, and the Department of Art. The widespread application of modern network multimedia teaching methods is the characteristic of our college. The college has a gigabit campus network covering the entire campus, live streaming classrooms, libraries, multimedia reading rooms, computer experimental centers, voice laboratories, professional laboratories, as well as instrument rooms, practice rooms, art studios, etc. Each classroom is equipped with computer multimedia consoles, projectors, physical display platforms, etc. The college has complete and advanced teaching and living facilities, and a strong faculty.

Zhoukou Vocational and Technical College is a full-time public higher vocational and technical college approved by the People's Government of Henan Province, registered by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, and qualified for enrollment in general higher education.

Jiaozuo Normal College has a long history and a long history. Its predecessor was the Huaiqing Prefecture Normal School founded in 1907 (the 33rd year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty). In 2002, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was merged and established by the former Qinyang Normal School, Jiaozuo Normal School, and Jiaozuo Education College. In 2007, the school held a grand celebration of its 100th anniversary, making it the first higher education institution in our province to celebrate its centenary.
