The Yellow River Water Conservancy Vocational and Technical College is located in Kaifeng, a famous historical and cultural city and an excellent tourist city in China. It was founded in March 1929 and was originally named Henan Provincial Water Conservancy Engineering Specialized School. The founder was Zhang Fang, a famous figure who was then the Director of the Henan Provincial Department of Construction. The first president was Chen Panling, who graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at National Beiyang University.

Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College is located in the central urban area of Zhengzhou, an important transportation hub of China's railways and the political, economic, and cultural center of Henan Province. Sanmenxia Vocational and Technical College is a full-time regular higher vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education in 1999. Pingdingshan Industrial Vocational and Technical College is a general vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education and the Henan Provincial Government. It is one of the first batch of demonstration higher vocational college construction units in the country and a national civilized unit.

Gansu Forestry Vocational and Technical College is located in Tianshui City, known as "Longshang Jiangnan". It is the only independent forestry higher vocational college in northwest China, founded in 1956. In order to meet the needs of ecological environment construction in the western region, in July 2001, with the approval of the Gansu Provincial People's Government, Gansu Forestry School, a former national key vocational school, was transformed into a vocational college.

Lanzhou Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College was founded in 1956. Its predecessor was two national key vocational schools directly under the Ministry of Petroleum and the Ministry of Chemical Industry (Lanzhou Petroleum School and Lanzhou Chemical School), as well as two employee universities (Lanzhou Refining and Chemical University and Lanzhou Chemical Industry Company) of the former Lanzhou Refining and Chemical General Factory and Lanzhou Chemical Industry Company. In 1999, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the school was restructured as Lanzhou Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College, becoming the first independent higher vocational and technical college in Gansu Province. In 2000, the college was transferred from Sinopec Group to Gansu Province for management. In December 2002, the college was designated by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance as a national key demonstration higher vocational and technical college. In 2004, the college was designated by the Ministry of Education as two national scarce skilled talent training bases, namely the CNC Technology Application Major and the Computer Application and Software Technology Major. In September 2005, the college passed the talent cultivation level evaluation organized by the Provincial Department of Education, becoming the first outstanding vocational college in Gansu Province. At the same time, it also successfully passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification. In 2006, the college was designated by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance as one of the first batch of demonstration higher vocational colleges under national key construction.

Lanzhou Vocational and Technical College is a regular higher education institution under the Lanzhou Municipal Government. At present, it covers an area of 321 acres, with 4812 students on campus, 289 full-time teachers, 6 departments and 40 majors. The total value of teaching, training and experimental equipment is over 40 million yuan. Its predecessor was Lanzhou 35th Middle School established in 1975, which was restructured as Lanzhou Vocational and Technical School in 1984. In 1998 and 1999, it merged with Lanzhou Engineering Vocational School and Lanzhou 17th Middle School, and was upgraded to a regular higher vocational college in 2001.

Chengdu Vocational and Technical College is located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution. Focusing on vocational education, we also carry out adult education, various levels of training, and vocational qualification certification. It is an excellent level college evaluated by the Ministry of Education for talent cultivation in vocational colleges, and a vocational college in the National Comprehensive Education Reform Pilot Zone.
