Education and training

Bengbu College was approved by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China in March 2007 (school number 11305). It was incorporated by Bengbu College of Higher Education, Bengbu College of Education and Bengbu Workers' University with a history of nearly 30 years. It is a teaching oriented ordinary undergraduate college focusing on engineering and coordinated development of engineering, humanities, science, management and social sciences.

Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine was founded in 1959, and in 2000, the provincial government approved the merger of Anhui Medical School into our school. In 2005, the school achieved good results in the undergraduate teaching level evaluation of the Ministry of Education, and in 2006, it achieved excellent results in the ideological and political education work evaluation of college students in Anhui Province. The school is the construction unit of the National Clinical Research Base of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the authorized construction unit for newly added doctoral degrees, the national exchange and cooperation base for traditional Chinese medicine, and the recommended unit for master's degree exemption. It is also the seventh and eighth civilized unit in Anhui Province.

Wannan Medical College is an ordinary higher education institution under the jurisdiction of Anhui Province. The school is located in Wuhu, a national open city with the reputation of "Anhui style, the city of thousands of lakes". The predecessor was Wuhu Medical College, founded in 1958, which was merged into Anhui Medical College in 1970. In 1971, Anhui Medical College's Wannan Branch was established, and in 1974, it was approved by the State Council for independent establishment and named Wannan Medical College. The school is one of the first universities under the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council to have the right to confer bachelor's and master's degrees. Passed the qualification evaluation of undergraduate teaching work by the Ministry of Education in 1998; In 1999, it passed the undergraduate teaching evaluation by the Provincial Department of Education; In 2002, it passed the evaluation of the provincial basic course teaching laboratory.

Anhui University of Engineering and Technology

Anhui Agricultural University is located in the urban area of Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province, which is the hometown of Bao Zheng and the hometown of the Three Kingdoms. It is a provincial key university with the advantages of agriculture and forestry disciplines and the characteristics of life sciences. It is a teaching and research oriented university that coordinates the development of multiple disciplines such as agriculture, engineering, science, economics, management, literature, law, medicine, and education. The school originated from the provincial Anhui University established in 1928, and the Agricultural College was established in 1935. It was independently run in 1954 and renamed Anhui Agricultural University in 1995. The school covers an area of 210 hectares and is a garden style school in Anhui Province.

The school was established with the approval of the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China in May 1959. At that time, the school was located at the former site of the former Bank School outside the South Gate of Hefei City (now the West Campus of the East Campus of China University of Science and Technology), with a school size of 800 people. In 1961, it moved to Jiaotong Road Campus in Bengbu City. In 1965, the school was taken over by the National Supply and Marketing Cooperative Society and later renamed as Anhui Business College. During the Cultural Revolution, it was forced to change its name to Anhui Provincial School of Finance and Economics and Anhui Provincial School of Supply and Marketing Commerce. In December 1978, the State Council approved the restoration of Anhui University of Finance and Trade, jointly managed by the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives and Anhui Province, with the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives as the main body. In 1983, the school headquarters moved to the Hongye Road campus (now Longhu West Campus). In 1984, the Jiaotong Road Campus was approved by the Ministry of Commerce to be renamed as Anhui Commercial Management Cadre College, with one institution and two brands under the Anhui University of Finance and Trade. In 1987, the "Two Institutes" were established separately, and in September 1992, the "Two Institutes" officially merged to form the new Anhui University of Finance and Trade. The school is successively under the jurisdiction of the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Domestic Trade. In February 2000, the State Council decided that Anhui University of Finance and Trade would be jointly built by the central and local governments, with Anhui Provincial Government management as the main focus, and open to nationwide enrollment and employment. In May 2004, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was renamed Anhui University of Finance and Economics. In September of the same year, the school moved to the Longhu East Campus.

Anhui Institute of Architecture and Technology is a provincial-level multi disciplinary undergraduate institution with a focus on engineering, distinct characteristics in civil engineering disciplines, coordinated development of disciplines such as engineering, management, science, humanities, and law, and an organic combination of industry, academia, and research. The school is located in Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province, a national innovative pilot city.

Anhui University of Science and Technology is a multidisciplinary university jointly built by the central and local governments, with a long history and distinct characteristics. It is mainly focused on engineering, with coordinated development of engineering, science, management, medicine, literature, economics, and law. It is one of the key universities under construction in Anhui Province. The school is located in Huainan City, Anhui Province, an important energy city in China. The school has 14 colleges, departments and continuing education colleges, including the School of Earth and Environment, the School of Energy and Safety, the School of Civil Architecture, the School of Mechanical Engineering, the School of Electrical and information engineering, the School of Materials Science and Engineering, the School of chemical engineering, the School of Computer Science and Engineering, the School of Science, the School of Foreign Languages, the School of Medicine, the School of Economics and Management, the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Department of Sports, etc. It is one of the first universities in China to have the authority to confer master's and bachelor's degrees. Now it has the right to apply for the award of master's degree with the same academic qualifications as doctoral degree, master's degree, Master of Engineering professional degree, college teachers studying for master's degree on the job, and graduate students.

The predecessor of Anhui Medical University was Shanghai Southeast Medical College, founded in May 1926. At the end of 1949, in response to the call of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China's East China Bureau to "face rural areas and move inland", it relocated to Huaiyuan County, Anhui Province and became the first higher medical institution in Anhui Province. In 1952, it was relocated to the current location in the provincial capital of Hefei and renamed as Anhui Medical College. In June 1996, with the approval of the National Education Commission, it was renamed Anhui Medical University. The school covers an area of 7217300 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 7058600 square meters.
