• Shanxi University of Finance and Economics

    Shanxi University of Finance and Economics is a multidisciplinary university of finance and economics, with economics and management as its distinctive and advantageous disciplines, and economics, management, and law as its main disciplines. Economics, management, law, humanities, science, engineering, and education are mutually supportive. The school was founded in 1951 and was formerly known as five cadre schools in Shanxi Province, including Bank, Finance, Supply and Marketing Cooperation, Commerce, and Grain. In September 1958, five cadre schools merged to establish Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, which was once under the leadership of Shanxi Province, the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Domestic Trade. In December 1984, Shanxi University of Economics and Management was established under the leadership of Shanxi Province. In October 1997, Shanxi University of Finance and Economics and Shanxi University of Economics and Management merged to form Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, implementing joint construction and management between provinces and departments. In February 2000, a system of co construction between the central and local governments, with local management as the main focus, was implemented.

  • Shanxi Medical University

    Shanxi Medical University was founded in 1919, formerly known as Shanxi Medical College. During the turbulent years of old China, schools underwent multiple renaming and relocation. In January 1932, it was renamed as a private Shanxi Chuanzhi Medical College. In March 1940, it was renamed as the Medical Specialized Department of Shanxi University. In August 1946, he was upgraded to the School of Medicine of National Shanxi University. After the establishment of the People's Republic of China, schools have entered a new period of development. In September 1953, the school was established independently and renamed Shanxi Medical College. In 1955, when the departments of higher education institutions nationwide were adjusted, the health departments of four medical schools in Shanxi, Jiangsu, Shandong, and Zhejiang merged to form the Health Department of Shanxi Medical College, becoming one of the six higher medical colleges in China that retained the Health Department. Shao Xiangyi, a renowned national health expert, national first-class professor, and former president of Jiangsu Medical College, served as the dean. In April 1996, it was renamed Shanxi Medical University.

    Inner Mongolia University of Technology is located in the northern border of China - Hohhot City, the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Its predecessor was the Suiyuan Provincial Senior Industrial School, which was founded in 1951. It was the first school established in Suiyuan Province after the founding of the People's Republic of China to cultivate specialized talents, and Yang Zhilin, the President of Suiyuan Provincial Government, also served as the President. In 1958, Inner Mongolia Institute of Technology was established with the support of Tsinghua University.     Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology is located in Baotou, one of the first batch of civilized cities and beautiful grassland steel cities in China. It was founded in 1956 and was originally known as Baotou Iron and Steel Industrial School and Baotou Construction Engineering School. In 1958, the two schools merged to form Baotou Institute of Technology. In 1960, it was renamed Baotou Iron and Steel College, under the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. In 1998, it was under the management of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and became a higher education institution jointly built by the central and local governments. In 2000, the Inner Mongolia coal industry School was incorporated and renamed as Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology in 2003.

    Ningxia Judicial Police Officer Vocational College is a full-time vocational college approved by the Ministry of Justice and the People's Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and registered by the Ministry of Education.     Xinhua College of Ningxia University was established in March 2002 and is one of the first independent colleges confirmed by the Ministry of Education. It is a full-time undergraduate regular higher education institution organized by Ningxia University in accordance with the new system and model. In December 2007, the Education Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Ningxia University jointly established Xinhua College.
