Site Description: Zhanjiang Normal University is a provincial-level undergraduate normal university in Guangdong Province. The school has a long history and profound cultural heritage, and its predecessor can be traced back to the "Leiyang Academy" founded in 1636. Normal education was established in 1904, renamed Leizhou Normal College in 1978, upgraded to Zhanjiang Normal College in 1991, and became the first normal university in China to successfully pass the undergraduate teaching qualification evaluation by the Ministry of Education in 2000. In 2007, it passed the undergraduate teaching level evaluation by the Ministry of Education with excellent results.
