Site Description: Shandong Police Academy, formerly known as the Shandong Police Academy, was founded in Linyi, Shandong Province in 1946. It is the first police academy in the history of the CPC. For over 60 years, the relocation of the school site and the change of its name have made significant contributions to the revolutionary war, socialist revolution and construction, reform and opening up, and socialist modernization construction. In 1983, with the approval of the People's Government of Shandong Province, it was renovated into Shandong Public Security College. In 2004, it was upgraded to Shandong Police Academy with the approval of the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Shandong Province.
