Site Description: Qingdao Agricultural University was founded in 1951 and has undergone changes such as Laiyang Agricultural School, Laiyang Agricultural College, Laiyang Agricultural University, and the restoration of Laiyang Agricultural College. Starting from 2000, the Qingdao campus was established and the main body of the school moved to Qingdao. In March 2007, it was renamed as "Qingdao Agricultural University" with the approval of the Ministry of Education. At present, the school has developed into a multi-disciplinary university with distinct agricultural characteristics and coordinated development of disciplines such as agriculture, engineering, science, economics, management, and humanities.
