Changjiang Vocational College is directly under the leadership of the Education Department of Hubei Province. Based on the establishment of Hubei University of Economics and Management in 1984, it was approved by the Ministry of Education in 1999 and became the first ordinary higher education institution in Hubei to use new mechanisms for education. The school is included in the national unified enrollment plan and is open to enrollment in 28 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions across the country, independently issuing academic diplomas. Currently, there are over 13000 students on campus.
