Tianjin University of Commerce was founded in 1980 and was originally under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. It is now jointly managed by the Ministry of Education and Tianjin City, with Tianjin City as the main management center. It is a higher education institution with business as its backbone and multiple disciplines of management, economics, engineering, law, literature, and science supporting and developing in a coordinated manner. The school is located by the Ziya River in Tianjin, covering an area of 1379 acres. The campus environment is clean and elegant, creating good conditions for teaching, research, learning, and daily life for teachers and students.

Tianjin University of Science and Technology is an ordinary higher education institution jointly built by the central and local governments, with Tianjin management as the main focus. It is a multi-disciplinary university with engineering as the main focus and coordinated development of disciplines such as engineering, science, humanities, economics, management, and law. It is one of the first batch of universities approved by the State Council to have the right to confer master's degrees, the second batch of universities approved to have the right to confer doctoral degrees, and the first batch of universities that are eligible to accept foreign students. It is a contracted university that trains reserve officers for the military.

The predecessor of Tianjin Medical University, Tianjin Medical College, was founded in 1951. It was the first higher medical institution approved by the State Council after the establishment of the People's Republic of China, with renowned endocrinologist and medical educator Professor Zhu Xianyi as the first president. In 1993, the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and Government decided to merge Tianjin Medical College with Tianjin Second Medical College to form Tianjin Medical University, which was approved by the National Education Commission in December of the same year. In June 1994, Tianjin Medical University was officially established. The current party secretary of the university is Professor Zhang Lianyun, and the president is Professor Hao Xishan, a famous oncology expert and academician of the CAE Member. The school is a key construction institution of the national "211 Project".

Langfang Normal University is located in Langfang City, Hebei Province, known as "a shining pearl on the Beijing Tianjin Corridor". Its predecessor was the Anci County Simple Normal School established in 1946, which was later managed by the Tianjin Regional Commissioner's Office in 1951. In 1956, with the approval of the Tianjin Regional Education Bureau, Langfang Normal School in Hebei was established. In 1964, it was under the management of Hebei Province and renamed Langfang Normal College. Mr. Guo Moruo, then Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, personally inscribed the name of the school. In March 2000, with the approval of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, Langfang Normal College, Langfang Education College, and Langfang Normal School merged to establish Langfang Normal College, which was upgraded to a regular undergraduate normal college and was under the management of the Education Department of Hebei Province. In 2005, with the approval of the Hebei Provincial Government, it merged with Hebei Vocational and Technical College to form the new Langfang Normal University. In 2004, it passed the qualification review for the right to confer a bachelor's degree. The college has held undergraduate education for 8 years and is currently recruiting students from 19 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions across the country.

The College of Science and Technology of North China Electric Power University was established in June 2002 with the approval of the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Hebei Province. It is a full-time undergraduate level independent college jointly established by North China Electric Power University and Hebei Electric Power Company, a key construction university of the national "211 Project", in accordance with new mechanisms and models. In 2004, it was evaluated by the expert group of the Ministry of Education as a qualified educational institution. The School of Science and Technology of North China Electric Power University is located in the historical and cultural ancient city of Baoding. Baoding City is located in the central part of Hebei Province, 125 kilometers south of the provincial capital Shijiazhuang, 141 kilometers north of Beijing, and 155 kilometers east of Tianjin. It is located in the central part of the "Beijing Tianjin Shi Triangle"; With a total area of more than 20000 square kilometers (urban area of 312.3 square kilometers) and a population of more than 10 million (urban population of more than 800000), it has jurisdiction over 3 districts, 4 county-level city and 18 counties.

Shijiazhuang College is a state-owned full-time undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education. The predecessor of the school was Shijiazhuang Normal College, which was approved by the Ministry of Education in May 2004 to be rebuilt as a undergraduate institution. The school is located in Shijiazhuang High tech Industrial Development Zone, Hebei Province, consisting of two campuses, north and south, adjacent to the Beijing Zhuhai Expressway, Yangtze River Avenue, and Huai'an Road. The two campuses are one kilometer apart, with convenient transportation and beautiful environment, and have good geographical advantages and economic and cultural conditions.

The Great Wall College of China University of Geosciences is an independent college established with the approval of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It is a full-time undergraduate program established in cooperation with Baoding Heyang Education Investment Co., Ltd. under a new mechanism and model. The college enrolls students nationwide according to the national enrollment plan for ordinary higher education institutions.

Tangshan University is located in one of the birthplaces of modern Chinese industry, known as the "Treasure Land of Jingdong" and the "Porcelain Capital of the North" in Tangshan City. It is a full-time undergraduate institution with engineering as the main subject and multiple disciplines such as management, economics, literature, and law developing together.

Hengshui College is a provincial-level, multi-disciplinary, full-time regular undergraduate higher education institution approved by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. The college is located in Hengshui City, Hebei Province, the first provincial-level "comprehensive development experimental city" along the Beijing Kowloon Line. Beijing Jiulong Railway and Shide Railway, Beijing Kaifeng Expressway and Taiqing Expressway, Beijing Jiulong and Jishitaiyin communication optical cables converge and intersect here. Hengshui has become an important transportation and communication hub starting from Beijing in the north, reaching Kowloon in the south, connecting Beijing and Shanghai in the east, and connecting Beijing and Guangzhou in the west, as well as a large distribution center for emerging people flow, logistics, and information flow. Hengshui Lake, located ten kilometers from the urban area, is the first national wetland nature reserve in North China.
