Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College is a full-time regular higher education institution established by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government in 1992 and officially enrolled in 1993. Southern Medical University
Southern Medical University, formerly known as the First Military Medical University of the People's Liberation Army of China, was founded in 1951 and was designated as a national key university in 1979. In 2004, it was approved as one of the eight higher education institutions in China to pilot eight year medical education. In August 2004, according to orders issued by the State Council and the Central Military Commission, it was transferred to Guangdong Province and renamed Southern Medical University. Jinan University
Jinan University is the first overseas Chinese university founded by the state in China, the first university in China to enroll foreign students, the university with the largest number of overseas students in China, the key comprehensive university of the "211 Project", and directly under the leadership of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council. The word "Jinan" comes from the "Yu Gong" chapter of the Book of Shangshu: "It gradually spreads to the east by the sea, to the west by the quicksand, to the south by the new moon, and the sound education ends in the four seas."
