Benjamin Cowen, a widely watched Cryptocurrency analyst, warned that Ethereum might adjust significantly because he believed that the leading counterfeit currency was ready to retest the long-term trend indicators before the new bull market.
In the new strategy meeting, Cowen told his 785000 YouTube subscribers that since 2017, Ethereum has been supported by the logarithmic regression band of fair value.
According to analysts, the logarithmic regression band aims to track the fair value of assets using "non foam data".
Cowen said that under optimistic circumstances, Ethereum might retest the upper limit of trend indicators, which he pointed out was consistent with the bear market low of about $875 at ETH.
Cowen stated that in the worst-case scenario, ETH may briefly fall below the logarithmic regression trend line, similar to the situation that occurred in March 2020.
