Meishan Vocational and Technical College

The liberal arts college of Sichuan Normal University is a full-time ordinary university (independent college) at the undergraduate level, which was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education and operates under a new mechanism and model.

Sichuan Engineering Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution under the Sichuan Provincial Economic Commission. It is located in Deyang City, Sichuan Province, a national major technical equipment manufacturing base (more than 40 kilometers away from Chengdu urban area). The college was founded in 1959 and was renamed as a undergraduate institution from 1960 to 1962. It was named "Southwest Heavy Mechanical and Electrical College" and became one of the first higher vocational and technical colleges established in Sichuan Province in 2001. In 2005, with the approval of the provincial government, the original Deyang Education College was integrated into the college as a whole. In December 2006, it was identified by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance as one of the first (28) national demonstration vocational colleges in China, establishing the college's leading position among vocational colleges in the country.

Sichuan Cultural Industry Vocational College is a public full-time general vocational college registered by the Ministry of Education and supervised by the Propaganda Department of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. It is the first independent higher education institution in China to cultivate high-quality applied and skilled talents for promoting the cultural system and cultural industry development. It is an important base for cultivating specialized talents in the cultural industry in Sichuan Province.

Aba Teacher's College is a provincial full-time teacher's college established with the approval of the State Council in 1978. The school covers an area of 360 acres (including 100 acres rented), has a collection of 554000 books, a total construction area of 147000 square meters, and has nearly 7000 students. There are currently 326 faculty members, including 202 full-time teachers and 2 foreign teachers hired. The school has 9 teachers with senior professional and technical titles, 81 teachers with deputy senior professional and technical titles, 47 teachers with graduate education or above, and employs 17 well-known experts from the province as visiting professors. Over the past 30 years since its establishment, the school has trained and delivered over 17000 talents of various types to the country and society.

Chengdu University is a full-time regular undergraduate higher education institution sponsored by the Chengdu Municipal People's Government, implementing a "provincial city co construction, city oriented" educational system. Sichuan Agricultural University

Chengdu University of Science and Technology was founded in 1956, with its predecessor being Chengdu Geological College. In 1993, it was renamed Chengdu Institute of Technology, and in 2001, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to establish Chengdu University of Technology. The main bodies of Chengdu University of Science and Technology were originally Chengdu Institute of Geology and Chengdu Institute of Technology, which were once key universities of the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of Land and Resources. In 2000, the school management system was transformed into a joint construction between the central and local governments, with the management of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government as the main focus. Currently a key university in Sichuan Province. The campus covers an area of 2888 acres, with a building area of over 700000 square meters. The total value of teaching and research equipment is 243 million yuan.

Sichuan Institute of Technology is located in Zigong City, Sichuan Province, which is renowned as the hometown of dinosaurs, the millennium salt capital, and the southern lantern city both domestically and internationally. The predecessor of the school was the Southwest Branch of the former East China University of Chemical Technology (now East China University of Science and Technology) established in 1965. In 1979, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Sichuan University of Chemical Technology was established on the basis of the original Southwest Branch of East China University of Chemical Technology. In 1983, with the approval of the former National Education Commission, it was renamed Sichuan University of Light Industry and Chemical Technology. In April 2003, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Sichuan University of Light Industry merged with Zigong Normal College, Zigong Vocational College, and Zigong Education College to form Sichuan Institute of Technology.

Sichuan Normal University is a full-time comprehensive provincial-level key university organized by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government. It is the earliest university in Sichuan Province to offer undergraduate programs in the field of teacher education and has the longest history of education in teacher education institutions. The school is located in Chengdu, with a campus area of over 3300 acres.
