So what activities does Vitalik participate in in the Ethereum ecosystem?
Over the years, I have often followed the summary news of Ethereum's weekly progress, mainly focusing on the reports from the Ethereum Developer Weekly Meeting. The situation reflected in this week's meeting is the ongoing development work and progress of Ethereum, and the attendees are the core figures who truly participate in Ethereum development.
During this week's meeting, Vitalik did not make many appearances, mainly due to the control of several other core developers. From this, it can be seen that Vitalik is not very involved in the actual development work of Ethereum.
Another highly noteworthy aspect of the Ethereum ecosystem is the creation and updating of EIPs. It is the standard of Ethereum and the technical specification of Ethereum's roadmap, defining the technical framework and roadmap of Ethereum.

The so-called 'flexibility' is to reserve 'slots' for future development.
